Creating an Environment of Courtesy and Respect (CECR)
(1.5 hours)
- Designed to prevent harassment and discrimination, teaching skills that foster professionalism and diversity
- During the program, participants are challenged to:
- Analyze a realistic business scenario and suggest ways that managers/employees can create a productive work environment and make fair business decisions

Unconscious Bias
(1 hour)
- Course explains the concept of unconscious bias and helps learners recognize and prevent implicit bias in the work place
- The senior leadership team and middle management group will receive information about fair hiring practices during this course
