Mission Metrics

Mission Metrics is ORA’s internal quality monitoring program to ensure that our strategic priorities and accomplishments are transparent to the research community. We’ve reached out to faculty and researchers to gain their insight into distinguishing the operational metrics of most importance to them. Collab­orative feed­back became the basis for our reporting.  Periodic updates chart our progress against the plan and identify areas for continuous quality improvement.

ORA Annual Satisfaction Survey

The ORA Annual Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for faculty and staff to provide feedback on their experiences with individual offices and units of ORA. The purpose is to understand satisfaction with interactions with the ORA in the past year. Results are used to assess ORA performance, with the underlying goal of providing the Emory research enterprise with world-class administrative services. The survey is designed to allow respondents to provide high-level or detailed feedback.
